Everyone goes through different types of stress at various points in their lives. Sometimes it’s at home, other times it’s at work. Sometimes it is in dealing with one’s family members, coworkers and/or children. Stress can be good if it warns you to escape from danger; other times it can be harmful when it gets in the way of you being productive. Regardless of why or where the stress happens, learn how to identify the symptoms and find the solutions.
