Group Dynamics

It would be great if we got along splendidly with all of our coworkers but that doesn’t always happen. In this session, learn what makes your coworkers tick and what ticks them off. Learn to be more tolerant of others and appreciate their talents. Find ways to become a more productive workforce in this insightful and interactive period. You will engage in the four major components of group dynamics: 

~Forming—new ideas and ways to get along,

~Storming –for voice and purpose,

~Norming—defining the mission and new roles

~Performing—collaboration and coming together as a team .
